Every saved purchase invoice can be opened as a formatted document. It shows what was bought, what was posted to the supplier's account, and the paper receipt numbers of the warehouses, so you can match the books to the physical delivery.

Choose a Date range with From and To. Until you do, the list shows Select a date range to load purchase invoices.
Search with Search by supplier / mobile, or filter by Supplier or Select user.
Click the invoice No., or select View in the row's Actions menu.

Common questions
Why does the list stay empty? Choose a date range first. The list does not load without one.
Why is an old invoice number not found, or shown as deleted? It may have been edited. Editing saves the corrected invoice under a new number and retires the old one.
