Module

Stock whose value matches the ledger

Transfers, adjustments, stock counts and withdrawals, each posting value as well as quantity. Costs are read as they were at the moment of the movement rather than as they are now, which is the difference between a valuation that reconciles to the inventory account and one that drifts a little every month.

What it does

Multiple warehouses, properly separate

Stock is held per warehouse, not as one pooled figure with a label. A transfer between them posts a journal, so moving goods is visible in the accounts rather than only in the quantities.

Costs read at the moment of the movement

When a receipt updates the moving average, anything posted afterwards must still use the cost as it was when the goods moved. Reading the new figure is the commonest cause of a valuation that drifts.

Counts, adjustments and withdrawals

A stock count produces a difference you approve rather than a silent overwrite. Every adjustment posts value as well as quantity — a screen that changes one without the other is how stock and the ledger come apart.

Units, options and barcodes

An item can be bought in cartons and sold in pieces, with the conversion held once. Options such as size and colour carry their own quantities, and barcodes print in bulk.

Bulk import with per-row reasons

Items, opening quantities and costs import from spreadsheets. A rejected row reports why it was rejected, so you fix the four that are wrong instead of hunting through four hundred.

Valuation and movement reports

Stock value by warehouse and by category, movement history per item, and slow-moving lines. All exportable with their filters applied rather than as the unfiltered table.

Why teams choose it

What your business gains:

  • Stock value reconciles to the inventory account month after month, because every movement posts value as well as quantity.

  • See stock per warehouse rather than one pooled number, with every transfer between warehouses visible in the accounts.

  • Stock counts give you differences to review and approve, so no balance in your stock changes without a decision.

  • Spot slow-moving lines and see stock value by warehouse and category, then export each report exactly as you filtered it.

Questions about this

Can we switch on only the modules we need?

Yes, and the ones you do not use stay out of the menu rather than sitting there greyed out. Accounting is always on, because every other module posts to it.

Can we run more than one branch or warehouse?

Yes, from the Professional plan. Each branch has its own cash boxes and linked accounts, stock moves between warehouses with a real journal behind it, and a user can be limited to the branch they work in.

Is the manufacturing module real, or a label on inventory?

Real: bills of materials with yield, routings, production plans that release into work orders, issuance capped at what remains planned, leftover work-in-progress returned on completion, and labour folded into the product cost rather than booked away as overhead.

Is there a point of sale?

Yes — a cashier register with product tiles and a numpad, and a sales history. It posts to the same ledger as everything else, so the till and the accounts cannot disagree.

The register is built for fast cash sales at the counter. A credit sale with payment terms goes through a sales invoice, which posts to the same ledger and appears on the same customer statement.

Are there mobile apps?

Three: a field-sales and CRM app, an employee self-service app for attendance, leave and payslips, and an owner dashboard. They are native apps rather than the website in a frame.
