Rocket ERP in three minutes
Every module in one system: sales, stock, accounting, reports, manufacturing, CRM, HR and attendance, then the Executive app that puts the whole company, its alerts and its approvals in your pocket.
Read the transcript
Five programs, a paper attendance sheet, and a pile of requests waiting for your signature.
Sales in one place, stock in another, the books a month behind, and the real numbers only at month end.
Meet Rocket ERP. One system for your whole company.
Sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, manufacturing, CRM and HR, in one place. Arabic and English, across all your branches and companies, and everyone sees only what their role allows.
At the counter, the point of sale scans barcodes, prints receipts, and keeps selling even when the internet drops.
Turn a quotation into an invoice. Save it once, and the stock moves, the journal posts itself, and the customer's balance updates.
Compare supplier prices, raise the order, and the invoice receives the goods at average cost. Stock moves between branch warehouses, and reorder alerts tell you what to buy.
Your accountant gets journals that post themselves, cost centres, banks and cheques with reconciliation, monthly depreciation of fixed assets, budgets, and a clean year-end close.
Profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow, even consolidated across companies. Around sixty reports in PDF and Excel, or build your own. And it's built for ETA and ZATCA e-invoicing.
In the factory, bills of materials turn production plans into work orders, labour goes into the product cost, and quality checks keep standards high.
Your sales team follows every lead on a pipeline board, with each customer's full history, and support tickets handled on time.
HR runs shifts, leave and payroll, with tax and Egyptian or Saudi social insurance, the WPS bank file, loans and end of service.
Employees clock in from their phones inside the work site, or scan the QR code at the entrance. No signal? The punch keeps its real time.
Their app shows leave balances and payslips, and managers approve their team on the go.
And you? The Executive app opens with your fingerprint: dashboards for sales, cash, purchasing and HR, and alerts for low stock, late payments and overdue work orders.
Need an answer? Just ask, by typing or speaking, and your numbers come back as a table.
The same app goes with your sales reps: their daily route, a GPS check-in at every customer, new leads at the door, and a map of every visit.
And every approval waits in one inbox: leave, expenses, loans, payroll and budgets. One tap, done.
Every company gets its own separate database, you start fast by importing from Excel, and help is always one click away. Built for Egypt and the Gulf.

Short videos
Under a minute each
What you actually get
- Arabic and English, including printed documents
- A separate database for your company
- Egyptian ETA and Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing
- Reports you can export, not screenshots
- Mobile apps for the field and for your team
One system, not seven
Every module reads the same data. A sale moves stock, posts to the ledger and shows on the customer statement without anyone copying a number across.
Why it matters
One number means one thing
The most expensive problem in a business system is the same figure appearing twice with two values — a sales total that disagrees with the ledger, a stock valuation that drifts a little every month.
Every document here posts its own journal, inside one transaction. A failure cannot leave half an entry behind, and a closed period refuses a posting rather than accepting it quietly.
- Stock value reconciles to the inventory account
- A posted document is corrected, never edited in place
- Costs read as they were at the moment of the movement
Arabic
Arabic first, not translated later
The test of Arabic support is not the menus. It is a printed invoice, a customer statement, and a report with a long Arabic name next to a number.
Arabic is the default language here. PDFs use a font that shapes Arabic correctly, and numbers and document codes stay left-to-right inside right-to-left text — which is where most systems break.
- Every screen, both languages
- Invoices and statements print correctly in Arabic
- Each user picks their own language
Built for the work, not the demo
The things that decide whether a system survives month three.
Real double-entry accounting
Multi-level accounts, cost centres, intercompany entries with eliminations, and a fiscal-year close that refuses a posting into a closed period.
Stock that reconciles
Every movement posts value as well as quantity, and reads the cost as it was at that moment rather than as it is now.
E-invoicing that does not block you
Signing is local and ordered; submission is separate. An authority outage queues documents instead of stopping a till.
Payroll you can explain
A payslip records how it was calculated rather than re-deriving the figure, so you can answer "why is this number different" a month later.
Branches that stay separate
Each branch has its own cash boxes and linked accounts, and a user can be limited to the branch they work in.
Permissions that actually hold
Per screen and per action, grouped into roles you define, enforced on the server rather than by hiding a button.
An audit trail an auditor accepts
Who changed what, when, and the values before and after. A posted document is corrected with an entry, not quietly edited.
Your data, exportable
Every list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF, with the filters applied. Ask us for a full export during the trial.

Questions people ask first
What is Rocket ERP, in one paragraph?
One system covering sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, CRM, HR and payroll, with Egyptian and Saudi e-invoicing built in. It runs in your browser, with a separate database per customer, and works in Arabic and English throughout — including printed documents.
What size of business is this for?
Businesses with somewhere between five and a few hundred people, where more than one person needs the same numbers and a spreadsheet has started to disagree with itself.
It grows with you. Each plan sets the users, branches and warehouses you get, so you start at the size you are today and move up a plan as you add people and locations.
Is it cloud or installed on our server?
Cloud, on a subdomain of your choosing, with a separate database for your company. An on-premise arrangement is possible on the Custom plan; it is a conversation rather than a checkbox.
What happens if our internet goes down?
Your data stays safe in the cloud, and the work most exposed to a weak connection is built to carry on.
The mobile apps queue a punch or a field visit taken with no signal and sync it later, recorded at the time it was taken rather than the time it arrived. And e-invoicing separates signing from submission, so an outage at the tax authority queues documents instead of stopping a till.
The web application runs in the browser over your internet connection, so a backup line or a mobile hotspot keeps desk work moving through an outage.
