A pipeline that enforces its own stages

Leads and opportunities with custom fields you define rather than request, a pipeline that refuses a transition the process does not allow, quote requests that need a real quotation before they can be marked won, and one activity timeline per customer.

What it does

Leads with fields you define

Add the fields your business actually captures — a licence number, a site type, a referral source — without asking a developer. They are searchable and filterable like any other field.

Stages that cannot be skipped

A transition the process does not allow is refused rather than logged as an exception. A pipeline where anyone can drag anything to "won" is a pipeline that cannot be forecast from.

Quote requests that need a real quotation

A request cannot be marked quoted without a sales quotation behind it, and the requester can see the offer — number, total, validity and the documents — without needing access to the offers screen.

One timeline per customer

Calls, visits, emails, tickets and documents in one sequence rather than five screens. When a lead converts, its custom data maps across instead of being retyped.

Field sales on a phone

Reps check in at a customer with location, add an order or a note on the spot, and record a visit taken with no signal for syncing later. Managers see the day as it happened.

Targets and ownership

Sales targets per rep, pro-rated across a period, with a rep dashboard against them. A user can be limited to their own records, so a rep sees their customers rather than everybody's.

Why teams choose it

What your business gains:

  • Forecast from a pipeline you can trust: deals move only through the stages your process allows.

  • Calls, visits, emails and service requests sit on one timeline per customer, so anyone on the team can pick up the account.

  • Field reps log visits and orders from their phone, even with no signal, and you see the day as it actually happened.

  • Capture the data your business needs with fields you add yourself, and keep all of it when a lead becomes a customer.

Questions about this

Can we switch on only the modules we need?

Yes, and the ones you do not use stay out of the menu rather than sitting there greyed out. Accounting is always on, because every other module posts to it.

Can we run more than one branch or warehouse?

Yes, from the Professional plan. Each branch has its own cash boxes and linked accounts, stock moves between warehouses with a real journal behind it, and a user can be limited to the branch they work in.

Is the manufacturing module real, or a label on inventory?

Real: bills of materials with yield, routings, production plans that release into work orders, issuance capped at what remains planned, leftover work-in-progress returned on completion, and labour folded into the product cost rather than booked away as overhead.

Is there a point of sale?

Yes — a cashier register with product tiles and a numpad, and a sales history. It posts to the same ledger as everything else, so the till and the accounts cannot disagree.

The register is built for fast cash sales at the counter. A credit sale with payment terms goes through a sales invoice, which posts to the same ledger and appears on the same customer statement.

Are there mobile apps?

Three: a field-sales and CRM app, an employee self-service app for attendance, leave and payslips, and an owner dashboard. They are native apps rather than the website in a frame.
