Module
Payroll you can explain a month later
Shifts and attendance with a single status rule rather than four competing ones, multi-level leave approval, hourly permissions, end-of-service, and payslips that record how they were calculated instead of re-deriving the figure each time you open one.
What it does
Attendance with one status rule
Present, late, absent, half day, on leave — decided by a single rule rather than by whichever screen you happened to open. A day that reads differently in two reports is a day nobody trusts.
Leave with real approval levels
A request moves through the levels you configure, with delegation when an approver is away. Balances account for carry-over and for the leave types that are paid differently.
Payslips that record their own working
A payslip stores how each figure was calculated rather than re-deriving it when you open it. That is what lets you answer "why is this different from last month" without reconstructing the month.
Hourly permissions and overtime
Short absences requested and approved by the hour, overtime calculated only after a shift genuinely ends, and missing-time tiers that reflect your own policy rather than a hardcoded one.
Joining and leaving
Onboarding runs with tasks and required documents, and end-of-service settlement that posts its own entries. A rehire does not inherit the resignation date that would otherwise zero the new entitlement.
Self-service on a phone
Staff punch in, request leave and read their payslip from an app. A punch taken with no signal is recorded at the time it was taken and marked as an offline sync, not backdated silently.
Why teams choose it
What your business gains:
Answer any payroll question months later: each payslip keeps how every figure on it was calculated.
Attendance, leave and payroll agree with each other, because one rule decides each day's status in every report.
Approvals follow your own levels and policies, with delegation when an approver is away, so requests keep moving.
Staff punch in, request leave and read payslips on their phone, taking routine requests off your HR team's desk.
Questions about this
Can we switch on only the modules we need?
Yes, and the ones you do not use stay out of the menu rather than sitting there greyed out. Accounting is always on, because every other module posts to it.
Can we run more than one branch or warehouse?
Yes, from the Professional plan. Each branch has its own cash boxes and linked accounts, stock moves between warehouses with a real journal behind it, and a user can be limited to the branch they work in.
Is the manufacturing module real, or a label on inventory?
Real: bills of materials with yield, routings, production plans that release into work orders, issuance capped at what remains planned, leftover work-in-progress returned on completion, and labour folded into the product cost rather than booked away as overhead.
Is there a point of sale?
Yes — a cashier register with product tiles and a numpad, and a sales history. It posts to the same ledger as everything else, so the till and the accounts cannot disagree.
The register is built for fast cash sales at the counter. A credit sale with payment terms goes through a sales invoice, which posts to the same ledger and appears on the same customer statement.
Are there mobile apps?
Three: a field-sales and CRM app, an employee self-service app for attendance, leave and payslips, and an owner dashboard. They are native apps rather than the website in a frame.
