Sell, invoice, and have the books already know

Price lists per customer and per item, cascading discounts the server enforces rather than trusts, part deliveries, and returns that credit the customer without quietly moving your cash box. Every invoice posts its own journal, so the sales figure and the ledger cannot drift apart.

What it does

Quotations that become invoices

A quotation carries its lines, discounts and validity into the invoice without anyone retyping them, and the invoice keeps a link back so you can see what was agreed.

Price lists per customer and per item

Lists by customer, by category and down to a fixed price for a single product. A fixed per-item price is the one case that overrides the base price rather than discounting it, which is usually what a negotiated line actually means.

Discounts the server enforces

Cascading discounts are recalculated on the server from the rules, not trusted from whatever the browser submitted. A stale or altered figure is refused rather than posted.

Part deliveries and part payments

Deliver some of an order now and the rest later; take a deposit against an invoice and the balance on collection. Both show on the customer statement as they happen.

Returns that credit the customer

A return credits the customer account and moves the stock back. Your cash box moves only when you approve a refund as its own step, because crediting a customer and paying one back are two different decisions.

Documents that print properly in Arabic

Invoices, offers and delivery notes as PDFs, with Arabic shaped correctly and item codes and figures staying left-to-right inside right-to-left text.

Why teams choose it

What your business gains:

  • Every invoice posts its own journal, so your sales figure and your ledger always agree, with nothing re-keyed at month end.

  • Agreed prices and discounts are enforced by the system, not by whoever is typing, so your margin holds on every line.

  • Turn a quotation into an invoice in one step, with every agreed term carried across: faster billing and fewer disputes.

  • Customer statements show deliveries, deposits, returns and balances as they happen, so collections start from current figures.

Questions about this

Can we switch on only the modules we need?

Yes, and the ones you do not use stay out of the menu rather than sitting there greyed out. Accounting is always on, because every other module posts to it.

Can we run more than one branch or warehouse?

Yes, from the Professional plan. Each branch has its own cash boxes and linked accounts, stock moves between warehouses with a real journal behind it, and a user can be limited to the branch they work in.

Is the manufacturing module real, or a label on inventory?

Real: bills of materials with yield, routings, production plans that release into work orders, issuance capped at what remains planned, leftover work-in-progress returned on completion, and labour folded into the product cost rather than booked away as overhead.

Is there a point of sale?

Yes — a cashier register with product tiles and a numpad, and a sales history. It posts to the same ledger as everything else, so the till and the accounts cannot disagree.

The register is built for fast cash sales at the counter. A credit sale with payment terms goes through a sales invoice, which posts to the same ledger and appears on the same customer statement.

Are there mobile apps?

Three: a field-sales and CRM app, an employee self-service app for attendance, leave and payslips, and an owner dashboard. They are native apps rather than the website in a frame.
