Integrations
The product is its own API client
The web application and all three mobile apps talk to the same API you would. There is no internal shortcut we use and you do not — which is the usual reason an integration path turns out to be second class.
What connects today
Tax authorities
Egyptian ETA and Saudi ZATCA Phase 2, built in rather than bolted on. This is the integration most businesses here actually need, and it is not an add-on.
The mobile apps
Field sales and CRM, employee self-service, and the owner dashboard. All three are API clients, which is the proof that the API covers real work rather than a reporting subset.
Your own SMTP for notifications, verification links and payslips. Mail is queued and sent from a background worker, so a slow mail server never delays a page.
Spreadsheets, both ways
Nine import screens for items, customers, suppliers, balances and attendance, each reporting a reason per rejected row. Every list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF with its filters applied.
The REST API
Available on Enterprise and Custom. Token authentication, a consistent response envelope, and the same permission checks the application goes through — an API key cannot do what its user cannot.
A knowledge-base assistant
A question-answering assistant over the documentation, in both languages. It answers from the docs rather than inventing — if the answer is not written down, it says so.
How a connection works today
Bring data in through nine import screens, with a reason reported for every rejected row.
Take data out: every list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF with its filters applied.
Connect your systems through the REST API on Enterprise and Custom, with token authentication and one consistent response envelope.
Every API call passes the same permission checks as the application, so a key can do exactly what its user can.
ETA, ZATCA Phase 2 and your own SMTP server are connected out of the box.
For a specific system, tell us which one and what has to flow in which direction. We will tell you whether it is configuration or a project we quote for you, before you commit to anything.
Questions about integrations
Is there an API?
Yes, on the Enterprise and Custom plans. The whole product is built on it — the web application and all three mobile apps are clients of the same API, so there is no second-class path for integrations.
Can it talk to the systems we already have?
Yes: through the REST API on the Enterprise and Custom plans, and through spreadsheet imports and exports. Tell us which system and what has to flow in which direction, and we will tell you whether it is configuration or a project we quote for you.
Can we get data out into Excel?
Every list exports to Excel, CSV or PDF, and the reports export with their filters applied rather than as the unfiltered table. Nobody should have to retype a figure that is already on screen.
Bring us your actual case
Which system, which direction, and how often. That is enough for a straight answer.
