From order to supplier balance, in one chain
Purchase orders that become invoices without retyping, receipts that update the moving average cost at the moment of the movement, and supplier statements that reconcile to the payables account. Cash purchases post the supplier legs too — not only the cash side.
What it does
Orders that become invoices
A purchase order carries its lines into the invoice without retyping, and the order shows how much of it has been received and how much is still outstanding.
Receipts that set the real cost
A receipt updates the moving average at the moment the goods arrive. Anything posting afterwards reads the cost as it was at the movement, not as it is now — which is the difference between a valuation that reconciles and one that drifts.
Supplier accounts that balance
Statements aged by due date, payments against specific invoices, and cash purchases that post the supplier legs too — not only the cash side, so the supplier balance reflects every purchase.
Returns to supplier
A return debits the supplier and takes the stock back out at the cost it came in at, with a debit note you can send. Consignment lines are handled by value rather than by presence.
A search that only offers what you can buy
Items can be excluded from purchasing explicitly rather than filtered by a guess about their type. A finished product should not appear in a purchase order by accident.
Bulk entry from spreadsheets
Suppliers, opening balances and long order grids import from a sheet, with a reason reported for each row that was refused.
Why teams choose it
What your business gains:
Every receipt updates item cost the moment goods arrive, so stock value and margins rest on what you actually paid.
Supplier statements reconcile to your payables account, cash purchases included, and every payment is matched to its invoice.
Less re-keying, fewer errors: orders flow into invoices, and you always know what has arrived and what is still due.
Go live faster: bring suppliers, opening balances and large purchase orders in from a spreadsheet, with a clear reason for any row to fix.
Questions about this
Can we switch on only the modules we need?
Yes, and the ones you do not use stay out of the menu rather than sitting there greyed out. Accounting is always on, because every other module posts to it.
Can we run more than one branch or warehouse?
Yes, from the Professional plan. Each branch has its own cash boxes and linked accounts, stock moves between warehouses with a real journal behind it, and a user can be limited to the branch they work in.
Is the manufacturing module real, or a label on inventory?
Real: bills of materials with yield, routings, production plans that release into work orders, issuance capped at what remains planned, leftover work-in-progress returned on completion, and labour folded into the product cost rather than booked away as overhead.
Is there a point of sale?
Yes — a cashier register with product tiles and a numpad, and a sales history. It posts to the same ledger as everything else, so the till and the accounts cannot disagree.
The register is built for fast cash sales at the counter. A credit sale with payment terms goes through a sales invoice, which posts to the same ledger and appears on the same customer statement.
Are there mobile apps?
Three: a field-sales and CRM app, an employee self-service app for attendance, leave and payslips, and an owner dashboard. They are native apps rather than the website in a frame.
