Read the user guide inside the system

The User Guide screen holds the full Rocket ERP manual. Search it, jump to a section, share a link to it or print it.

The User Guide screen brings the complete Rocket ERP manual into the system, divided into numbered sections that follow the modules: inventory, purchasing, sales, accounting, HR, manufacturing, reports and administration. Use it when you want to read about a whole area rather than ask a single question.

Open the guide

  1. Open Help › User Guide.

  2. The page lists the guide's sections on one side. Its header shows how many sections the guide has.

  3. Select a section to read it. Until you do, the page says Choose a section from the list to start reading.

The guide is written in Arabic, whatever language you work in.

Find a topic

  1. Type at least two letters in Search the guide… at the top of the section list.

  2. The results appear under the box with the number of results found.

  3. Select a result to jump straight to that section and heading.

  4. Select Clear to empty the box and return to the full list.

If nothing matches, the page says No matches. Try a shorter or different term. Try a single word, or the label you see on the screen.

Move inside a section

Each section lists its headings in the side list. Select a heading to scroll straight to it. The address in your browser changes as you move, so a reload keeps you on the same section.

Share a section

Point to a heading and select Copy a link to this section. Paste the link in an email or a chat message. A colleague who opens it lands on the same heading, once signed in.

Select Print in the page header. The printout contains the section you are reading, in black on white, without the menus and the side list.

If the guide does not open

The guide loads from your company's system. If you see The guide could not be loaded, check your connection and select Retry. If the problem continues, tell your administrator.
