Every screen in Rocket ERP shares the same frame: a menu bar across the top, a sidebar along the side, a few icons in the header and the page itself in the middle. Once you know these parts, you can reach any screen your group allows.
The top menu bar
The bar across the top lists the modules of the system, such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Accounting.
Point to or select a module name. A panel opens with the module's sections and the screens inside each one.
Select a screen to open it.
Modules your company uses less often sit under More at the end of the bar. Your administrator decides which modules stay on the bar and in what order, in Menu settings.
The sidebar
The sidebar holds the same menu as a tree. Select a module to expand it, then a section, then the screen. When you open a screen, the sidebar expands to it and highlights it, so you always see where you are.
Select the arrow button on the sidebar's edge to collapse it to icons and give the page more room. Select it again to expand it.
At the bottom of the sidebar, choose Light or Dark for the sidebar's own colours.
Select the logo at the top of the sidebar to go back to your landing page.
The header icons
At the top corner of every screen you find three icons:
The bell opens your notifications. A red number shows how many you have not read. See Follow your notifications.
The speech bubble opens your conversations with colleagues. See Chat with your colleagues.
Your photo opens the account menu: language, dark mode and sign out. See Your account menu.
A round button in the bottom corner of the screen opens the support assistant, which answers questions about using the system. See Ask the support assistant.
The page header
Each screen starts with its title and a short description. On the right of the header you find the screen's main actions, such as the button to add a new record, and on some screens the path of menu sections that leads to the screen.
Arabic and English
The system works fully in both languages. When you switch to Arabic, the whole layout turns right to left: the sidebar moves to the right, and tables and forms read from right to left. Numbers, codes and amounts keep their usual left-to-right form.
On a phone or tablet
On a small screen, the sidebar and the top bar fold away. Next to the logo you find two buttons: one opens the sidebar menu and the other opens the list of modules. Wide tables scroll sideways inside their own frame.
Common questions
Can I bookmark a screen? Yes. Every screen has its own address. Bookmark it in your browser or send the link to a colleague. They open it only if their group grants that screen.
A screen disappeared from my menu. Your administrator may have moved it under More or hidden the link, or your group changed. Sign out and sign in again, then ask your administrator.
