Your account menu holds the settings that belong to you rather than to the company: the language you work in, light or dark mode, and signing out. You open it from your photo at the top corner of every screen.
Open the account menu
Select your photo at the top corner of the screen.
The menu opens with your name and email at the top.
A Staff badge sits next to your name.
Switch the language
In the account menu, point to the language entry. The current language shows next to it.
Choose the language you want.
The entry is called Language and offers العربية and English.
The screen switches at once, without signing you out. Arabic turns the whole layout right to left, and English turns it left to right. Messages from the server, such as validation errors, follow the same language. Your choice is saved on this browser, so the system opens in the same language next time. Arabic is the default on a new browser.
Turn dark mode on or off
In the account menu, use the Dark Mode switch. Dark mode is easier on the eyes in a dim room or during a long shift. It changes colours only; your data and screens stay the same.
The sidebar has its own colour setting. At the bottom of the sidebar, choose Light or Dark to set the sidebar alone.
Sign out
Select Logout at the bottom of the account menu. Signing out ends your session and clears what the browser loaded for you. Always sign out on a shared computer.
What you change through your administrator
Your name, email, branch, group and photo are part of your user record, which an administrator manages in Add and manage users. Ask your administrator when you need to:
correct your name or email address;
move to another branch;
get access to more screens, which means moving you to another group or changing your group;
set a new password.
Common questions
The language went back to Arabic. The language is saved per browser. On a new browser, after clearing your browsing data or in a private window, the system starts in Arabic again. Choose your language once more.
