The HR Reports screen brings every HR report together on one page. A selector in the toolbar switches between them, and each report keeps its own filters. Every report reads business dates, such as the payroll period, the attendance date or the leave start date, rather than the date a record was entered.
Run a report
Open People › HR Admin › Reports. The payroll report opens first.
Choose the report you need from the selector in the toolbar.
Set From and To. Without dates, a report covers the current month up to today.
Set any extra filter the report offers, such as the department or the status, or leave it on All.
Select Apply. The table loads, page by page.
Select Export Excel or Export PDF to download the report with the filters you applied.

Who can see what
Access to each report follows its subject. The payroll, attendance and leave reports each need their own report permission. The analytics reports share the general HR reports permission. Payroll cost needs permission to view payroll, and the three insurance reports need permission to view benefits. A user without the permission for a report gets an error when choosing it, while the others still work.
Common questions
Why does the payroll report show a run with zero net? The report lists runs in any status. A draft run that has not been processed yet has no payslips and therefore no totals.
Does payroll cost include unpaid payslips? Yes. It adds up the payslips of every run whose period starts in the range, whatever the payslip status.
Is there a separate payroll report page? Yes. The same payroll report also opens on its own page, with the same filters and export buttons.
