Employee self-service app

Write the site diary from the app

Write the day's site diary on your phone, with the weather, manpower, equipment, work done, issues and photos — even without a signal, and follow its approval.

The site engineer is on site, not at a desk. The employee app lets you write the day's diary where the work happens, with photos, and send it for approval before you leave.

Before you start

Site diary appears under Profile when your company's plan includes the project results features. You see the diaries you wrote, with their status and the reason one was returned.

Write the diary

  1. Open Profile › Site diary and tap the add button.

  2. Choose the project and the day (today or earlier).

  3. Choose the weather and enter the temperature.

  4. Add each trade on site with its count, each machine with how many and its hours, and each piece of work done with its task.

  5. Write any issues, delays and visitors.

  6. Save it as a draft, or send it for approval.

A diary written without a signal is kept on the phone and sent when you are back online, and never recorded twice.

Add photos

Open the diary once it has reached the office and add photos from the camera or your gallery. Photos need a connection.

After you send it

Someone in the office approves it, or returns it with a reason. A returned diary can be corrected and sent again. See keep the site diary.

Common questions

I already wrote a diary for this project today. A project has one diary per day. Open that diary and correct it, if it is still a draft or was returned.
