On a project, the employee app is also where you report your work and your site spending: the hours you worked on each job, and the expenses you paid from the cash custody you hold. Someone in the office approves them, and they reach the project's cost.
Before you start
My timesheet and My custody appear under Profile when your company's plan includes Projects & Contracting. My custody shows a custody once finance has opened one for you.
Book your hours
Open Profile › My timesheet and tap Add hours.
Choose the Date (today or earlier), the project and, if you know it, the task.
Enter the Hours, and any overtime hours.
Save. The hours are sent for approval.
Your hours are grouped by day, with the day's total and each one's status. A rejected one shows why: correct it and tap Send for approval again. While hours wait for approval you can take them back to draft or delete them.
Hours on one day cannot add up to more than 24. Once your hours are charged to the project they are locked.
Settle your custody
Open Profile › My custody. You see the Balance held, your limit, what is waiting for approval and every top-up, settlement and return.
Tap New settlement, then Add an expense for each one: what it was for, the Expense account, the Amount and, if it was for a project, the project.
Tap Attach a receipt photo to take a photo of the receipt or choose one from your photos.
Send it. Someone in finance approves it, and it is taken off your balance.
A settlement waiting for approval can be taken back to draft; a rejected one can be corrected and sent again.
Without a signal
Hours and settlements made without a connection are kept on the phone and sent when you are back online, and never recorded twice. A receipt photo needs a connection to attach: try again when you are online, or send the expense without it.
Common questions
I can't find My timesheet. Your company's plan does not include Projects & Contracting, or your user has no access to the employee self-service. Ask your HR department.
Who approves my hours? Someone in the office with permission to approve timesheets, never you.
