The employee app keeps your pay and your file in your pocket: every payslip since you joined, the documents HR holds for you with their expiry dates, and the personal details on record.
Read a payslip
Open the Payslips tab, or select My pay in Quick actions. Payslips are listed by period, newest first, with the Net pay.
Tap a payslip to open it. It shows:
Earnings: Basic salary, Allowances, Overtime hours and Overtime pay;
Deductions: Tax, Insurance and the other deductions;
Attendance: Working days, Days present and Days absent;
the Gross, the Deductions and the Net pay, where net pay equals gross minus deductions.
Select Download PDF to open the official payslip and save or share it.
A payslip appears only after payroll has been run and approved for a period you worked. Before that the tab says No payslips yet. A payslip without an itemised breakdown says so instead of showing an empty page.
Your documents
Open Profile and select Documents, or Documents in Quick actions. My documents lists the files HR keeps for you - ID, passport, contract, certificates - with the date each was Issued and when it Expires. An expired document is marked Expired, so you can renew it in time. Tap a document to open it on the phone.
Your personal details
On Profile you see your Employee number, Email, Department and the date you Joined. Select Personal details for the full record:
Personal: phone, mobile, date of birth, gender, marital status and address;
Employment: Job title, Manager, Employment type and Employment status;
Emergency contact: name, phone and relationship;
Bank details: bank, account number and IBAN.
The app shows your details as HR recorded them. To correct anything, contact HR; they update your file on the web and the app shows the change.
Change your password
On Profile, select Change password.
Enter your Current password, then the New password twice. Use at least 8 characters.
Confirm. The app shows Your password has been changed.
The new password applies to the web system too, because it is the same account.
Settings
From Settings you choose the Appearance (automatic, light or dark) and the Language, and you can turn on the App lock and Sign in with biometrics. See sign in to a mobile app.
Common questions
My payslip differs from what I expected. Who do I ask? HR or payroll. The app shows exactly the payslip issued in the payroll run, the same one HR sees.
A document says it expires soon. What should I do? Bring the renewed document to HR so they can upload it to your file.
