A price list is only useful if every item you sell is on it at the right price. These reports show both sides: what is on a list and at what price, and what is missing.
Price List Report
Open Reports & Analytics › Sales Reports › Price List Report.
In the selector in the top bar, keep Items in price list, or switch to Items not in price list.
Choose the Price list.
Optional: in Availability, choose In stock or Out of stock to see only the items your branch has, or has run out of.
Select Apply.
Items in price list shows, for each item on the list: ID, Main Category, Item, Unit, Available Qty in your branch, Main Price (the item's own sale price), List Price (the price on this list), and who created and last updated the entry. Sort or export the list to spot list prices that are lower than the main price by mistake.
Items not in price list shows the items of your branch that the list does not contain, with Main Category, Sub Category, Item, Unit, Available Qty, Sale Price, By and Date. Add the important ones to the list before the next sales campaign.
Both views use the stock of the branch you are signed in to.
Items Not in Price List
The item reports have a simpler version for catalogue maintenance:
Open Reports & Analytics › Item Reports › Items Not in Price List.
Choose the list in Price list ID and select Apply.
It lists Item, Category, Sale Price and Created for every item missing from the list, whatever its stock.
Export
All views export with Export Excel or Export PDF. The Excel file is a convenient starting point for a bulk price update.
