This report follows the work of each sales representative: what they invoiced, what they collected and which customer issues they raised.
Before you start
A user appears in the list when their user account is marked as a sales representative.
Steps
Open Reports & Analytics › Sales Rep Transactions. The page lists Sales representatives with their Name, Email, Mobile and whether they are Active.
Type in Search… to find a representative by name, email or mobile.
Select a representative to open their profile.
The profile
The header of the Sales rep page shows the representative's details and three counts: Transactions, Tickets and Invoices. Below, three tabs give the detail. They cover the representative's whole history, not a period.
Transactions
Five tiles total the customer transactions the representative recorded:
Invoiced: sales invoices.
Paid: payments received from customers.
Discounts: discounts granted.
Returns: customer returns.
Settlements: balance settlements.
The table lists each transaction with Customer, Type, Amount and Date.
Tickets
The CRM tickets the representative opened, with Subject, Customer, Category, Status and Date. Use it to see which customers raise issues through this representative.
Invoices
The sales invoices the representative created, with Invoice #, Customer, Branch, Amount and Date, and the Total at the bottom.
Select Back to return to the list.
Tips
Compare Invoiced with Paid to see how well a representative collects what they sell.
For a period view of sales by person, filter the sales by delivery user report by User, or use the detailed sales report.
Common questions
A representative is missing from the list. Their user account is not marked as a sales representative. Ask your administrator to update the user.
Why are the amounts in the Transactions tab larger than this month's sales? The profile covers everything the representative has recorded since they started, not one period.
The page shows "Sales representative not found". The link points to a user who is no longer a sales representative. Return to the list and open the profile again.
