Forecast sales from the pipeline and measure lead sources

The Sales Forecast weights every open opportunity by the probability of its stage. Lead Sources shows, for each source, how many leads became deals, the revenue won and the return on campaign spend.

Two CRM reports turn your pipeline and marketing data into numbers a manager can plan with.

Sales Forecast

How much revenue the open pipeline is likely to bring.

  1. Open Reports & Analytics › CRM Reports › Sales Forecast.

  2. Set From and To to the window in which you expect deals to close. The report filters opportunities by their expected close date.

  3. Optional: filter by Assigned to to see one salesperson's forecast, or enter a stage number in Stage.

  4. Select Apply.

The sales forecast with pipeline and weighted value per stage

Each row is one pipeline stage:

Column

Meaning

Stage

The opportunity stage.

Probability %

The win probability set on the stage.

Opportunities

How many opportunities are in the stage.

Pipeline

Their total amount.

Weighted

Pipeline × Probability %.

The total of Weighted is your forecast: a realistic expectation rather than the sum of every deal. Keep stage probabilities realistic, because the forecast is only as good as they are.

Lead Sources

Which channels bring business, and at what cost.

  1. Open Reports & Analytics › CRM Reports › Lead Sources.

  2. Set the period in From and To. The report counts the leads created in that period.

  3. Select Apply.

Each row is one lead source, sorted by revenue:

  • Leads: leads received from the source.

  • Converted: leads that became an opportunity. Conversion % = Converted ÷ Leads.

  • Won: leads whose opportunity reached a won stage. Win % = Won ÷ Converted.

  • Revenue: the amount of the won opportunities.

  • Cost: the actual cost of the campaigns linked to those leads.

  • ROI %: (Revenue − Cost) ÷ Cost.

  • Cost / Lead and Cost / Conv.: what each lead and each conversion cost you.

Use it to move budget from sources with a low ROI % to the ones that convert.

Export

Both reports export with Export Excel or Export PDF.
