Field sales tracking shows what your reps did in the field: how many visits, to whom, where and with what result. Every check-in from the field sales screen or the mobile app appears here with its GPS position, so a manager can review the team's coverage without asking for reports.

Open the report

  1. Open CRM › Reports & Analytics › Field Sales Tracking.

  2. Set the period with From and To.

  3. Narrow it if needed:

    • Sales rep: one rep or everyone.

    • Activity type: visits only, or calls, meetings and other tasks too.

    • Related to: Lead, Customer, Opportunity or All.

    • Status and GPS: With GPS only or Without GPS.

    • Search: subject, notes, lead or customer.

  4. Select Apply filters. Reset clears them.

Field sales tracking with the filters, the summary figures, the charts and the map

Reps see only their own activity here. Managers with the permission to view all records see the whole team.

Read the results

  • The summary figures: Total visits, visits With GPS, visits Today, Active reps and Entities visited.

  • Visits per day: a chart that shows the rhythm of the team over the period.

  • Visits per rep: who is in the field and who is not.

  • Visit locations: a map with a pin for every geotagged visit. If no visit in the range has a location, the map says so.

  • Activity details: a table with When, Rep, Type, Related to, Subject, Notes / outcome and GPS. Select Map on a row to see that visit's position. Use Previous and Next to page through.

Export

Select Export to download the filtered activity, for example to attach to a weekly report or to check expenses against visits.

Ways to use it

  • Coverage: compare Entities visited with the number of customers in a territory to see who is being neglected.

  • Quality: read the Notes / outcome column. Visits with no notes are hard to follow up.

  • Where the work happened: activities Without GPS were logged without a location, such as calls and tasks entered at the office. Check-ins always carry one. A rep whose field days show mostly activities without GPS is working from the desk.

  • Follow-through: open a lead or customer from the table and check that the next follow-up was scheduled.

Common questions

A rep says they visited but the visit is missing. Check the period and the filters first. A check-in is saved only with a location, so a visit the phone could not locate was not recorded; the rep can record it again.

Why are calls listed in a visit report? The report covers all field activity. Choose the visit type in Activity type to see visits only.
